Roll Up Signs
Bone Safety SafeZone Series roll-up signs are
manufactured using the following materials:
For Daytime Use Only:
- Premium Mesh - Bone's premium mesh signs are flexible, mildew resistant, and durable - available in fluorescent orange and white.
Non-Reflective Vinyl - manufactured from reinforced UV stable vinyl, will not delaminate and provides excellent durability - available in fluorescent orange only. For low light and night operations:
- Diamond Grade - all of Bone's high performance signs are manufactured using 3M™ RS20/RS24 wide-angle prismatic sheeting. Series RS20/RS24 sheeting provides high nighttime visibility and is backed with a strong, flexible, gray-coated fabric. Signs are available in white and fluorescent orange.
- Hi-Intensity - all of Bone's standard reflective signs are manufactured using 3M™ Series RS30 material designed to provide higher nighttime sign brightness than mesh or non-reflective vinyl signs. Signs are available in white, fluorescent orange and fluorescent pink for incident management.
All of the Bone SafeZone Series signs feature the following:
- All signs are manufactured with the patented "Bone Corner Pocket" - this durable Lexan corner pocket carries an exclusive lifetime warranty. Bone corner pockets hold the roll-up sign frame firmly in place providing increased durability against tearing.
- Overlay panels are attached using durable, weather resistant brass snaps - Velcro is available upon request.
- Overlays are designed to attach to the back of the sign for storage.

- Custom legends available
- Large stock of standard legends available for quick delivery.
- Optional flag bracket assemblies
- All sign legends conform to the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and are NCHRP 350 compliant.
