  MELTERS

Crafco SuperShot Melters are available in three sizes:

       SuperShot 60 (60 gallon capacity)
       SupeShot 125 (125 gallon capacity)
       SuperShot 250 (250 gallon capacity)

EZ Pour 50 Melter/Applicator – featuring one-hour heat-up time, handles field mix or packaged material and heats and applies all hot pour sealant.

Crafco EZ SeriesII Melters are available in the sizes:

      EZ Series II 500 (500 Liter)
      EZ Series II 1000 (1000) Liter)
      EZ Series II 1500 (1500 Liter)
     
 

The Crafco Patcher II is designed to efficiently melt TechCrete and PolyPatch products used for concrete and asphalt pavement repair.

DF 10-Gallon Mini-Melter
Eliminate the delay and uncertainty experienced with cold pour type crack fillers. Seal cracks with proven hot applied sealants and seal coat minutes later! 

Crafco Mini Melter 30 (Part No: 57600)
A 30 gallon sealant melter and dispenser. Comes equipped with hand agitator, temperature gauge, regulator, hose, burner, lifting handles, hinged lid and draw-off valve.  The kettle is capable of melting up to 1200 lbs of sealant per day. Air jacketed, propane fired.

  SPRAY INJECTION PATCHERS

The Crafco Spray Injection Patching System cleans the distressed pavement, applies an emulsion tack coat, coats the aggregate, applies the mixture, and compacts the mixture in one continuous operation.  Used for pothole repair and skin patching and repairing distressed pavement.

  ROUTERS

The Crafco Pavement Cutter prepares cracks and joints for sealant application.  Crack sealant performance is greatly increased when cracks and joints have been routed out.

Available with self-propelled option.

The Crafco Heat Lance is a high temperature, high velocity, flameless heat lance, used to dry and prepare pavement cracks, potholes and distressed pavement surfaces for repair.   Removes vegetation and warms pavement in cool weather.

  STORAGE TANKS

Crafco Emulsion Storage Tanks conveniently store emulsions on site for immediate use at truck load prices. They are available in 2,3,4,5,6,8, and 10 thousand gallon sizes.

  STRIPERS

The EZ Liners have true highway striping capabilities in a compact, versatile package. These units can be mounted on a 3/4-ton heavy duty pickup, 1 ton pickup or a flatbed.

   Available in two sizes:
    AL 110 is a palletized airless stencil paint unit
    AL 120 offers true highway striping capabilities
